Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Enhance the advertiser’s experience by promoting optimal product adoption for a strong ROI.
Engage with decision-makers via scheduled calls to optimize ad performance.
Install and troubleshoot basic HTML and JavaScript coding.
Identify and resolve technical installation challenges.
Offer pre- and post-installation support as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
Open to High School, College graduates, or undergraduates.
At least 1 year of experience in BPO Sales.
Familiarity with social media and online advertising is a plus.
3 years of BPO experience preferred, or 2 years if a Marketing/Sales graduate.
