Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and process incoming orders from clients accurately.
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams for seamless order fulfillment.
- Resolve order discrepancies to prevent delivery delays.
- Maintain accurate order records and documentation.
- Analyze order data to identify efficiency improvements.
- Generate order status reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage inventory levels.
- Communicate order updates to customers as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any Business Course.
- 1 year experience in order management or related field.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
