Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Collections & Recovery Supervisor to lead our team in managing accounts receivable and recovery processes.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing collection strategies, conducting staff training, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in collections.
- Minimum of 5 years in collections
- Supervisory experience is preferred
- Degree in Finance or related field is a plus
