Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Technical Support Quality Analyst to join our team. As a Technical Support Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating the quality of our technical support services and ensuring that they meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.
In this role, you will be reviewing customer interactions, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement in our technical support processes. You will work closely with our support team to train and coach them on delivering exceptional customer service and technical assistance.
