Job Description
Directly reporting to the National Sales Operations Manager, the Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the stores within his area of responsibility. The Area Head is likewise tasked by management to design and implement effective operational strategies to achieve maximum sales targets.
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Management or any related course and have at least two years of work experience as an Area Manager in the retail industry or any other service-oriented establishments. They should also have a high level of emotional maturity, strong sales drive, high energy level, and the ability to handle extreme pressure. Results-oriented individuals are preferred.
