Job Description
Farm Fresh Milk Incorporated is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer concerns and maintain positive relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Managing the order cycle from capturing to fulfillment.
- Addressing complaints and coordinating with departments.
- Submitting weekly progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years experience in Customer Service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills.
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month. Full-time position.
