Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Observe proper cleaning and sanitation of food preparation areas at all times
- Prepare ingredients for cooking food offerings
- Meet daily production targets ensuring food safety and quality standards
- Responsible for the proper storage of food items
- Monitor stock levels and advise on replenishment
- Check product stock accuracy against inventory
- Report and record spoiled/substandard wastages
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures
- Attentive to cleanliness
- Flexible with shifts
