Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact when possible.
- Match customer demands to our clients’ products and solutions.
- Use negotiation skills to address objections and achieve customer buy-in.
- Share information with internal and external stakeholders.
