Job Description
Position Overview: We are currently seeking phone-based Customer Service superstars to join our team at Shore360. This is a fast-paced and exciting role for someone who loves a challenge.
Responsibilities:
- Manage communication channels: phone, socials, Microsoft Teams, and email.
- Process orders, handle warranty issues, and provide solutions over the phone.
- Consult with various departments to address customer inquiries.
- Deliver exceptional service and meet KPIs.
Skills and Experience:
- 1–2 years in an office-based role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer focus and a “can do” attitude.
- Intermediate computer literacy and tech-savvy.
