Job Description
– Build suitable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines.
– Responding promptly to customer inquiries, acknowledge and resolving customer complaints.
– Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
– Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
– Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method/tools.
– Performs all other tasks/responsibilities that may be assigned by the supervisor/Department Manager from time to time.
