Job Description
Join our team at wesearch as a Collection Associate. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer payments and issuing receipts.
- Handling walk-in customer inquiries.
- Adhering to business partner collection policies.
- Conducting site collection activities.
- Resolving tickets assigned to the collection team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related program.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Billing and Collection.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good communication.
- Willing to work under pressure and assigned in Cavite.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
