Job Description
We are seeking a Licensure Specialist to work with our multinational team. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree holder
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Data Entry
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Comfortable making phone calls and gathering information over the phone
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and other systems
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research the licensure process in 52 US states and territories
- Contact each US state Board of Nursing and other associated agencies for accurate information
- Maintain and update a licensure library and info-graphs with step-by-step requirements and processes
- Develop an algorithm for nurses to determine their assigned state licensure process
- Ensure ongoing and timely communication with applicants regarding their licensure application
- Attend meetings with clients to provide updates and licensure information
- Assist international nurses in obtaining a partnered review program for the US national licensing exam
- Run reports for candidates using the review program
- Oversee the shipping of materials for candidates using the review program
- Collaborate with international healthcare professionals to manage and obtain correct licensure for assigned facility locations
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
