Job Description

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Support Specialist to join our team. As a Salesforce Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting users with Salesforce-related inquiries.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting users with Salesforce software functionality
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Providing training to users on Salesforce best practices
  • Collaborating with other teams to enhance system functionality
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for system configurations
  • Participating in the testing of new Salesforce features and enhancements

The ideal candidate for this position should have a solid understanding of Salesforce administration and configuration. Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities are also essential.
