Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of real estate marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing activities such as property launches and promotional events.
- Liaise with sales teams and partners for effective marketing implementation.
- Develop marketing collateral and online content to promote properties.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
- Experience in real estate marketing is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and digital marketing skills.
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Pampanga.
