Job Description:
- Manage relationships between Accenture Operations and Client/internal IT teams.
- Serve as SME for client solutions in IT infrastructure/cloud Contact Centre.
- Review existing networks, liaising with process owners for standard architecture.
- Manage support model for IT Infrastructure and cloud migrations.
- Track and report on Financial RUN budgets.
- Participate in root cause analysis and support continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of BCP/DR aspects of cloud platforms preferred.
- Mentor team members and support sales bids.
Job Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience in PMO within Tech/IT.
- 5 years of supervisory experience.
- BPO Voice background preferred.
