Job Description
Sixeleven Global Services and Solutions is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst.
Job Description:
- Monitor customer service interactions for compliance.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate improvement reports.
- Provide feedback and coaching to service representatives.
- Collaborate with management on quality assurance processes.
- Conduct quality audits and recommend service strategies.
- Facilitate training on quality standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in BPO.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in quality monitoring tools.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
