Job Description
As a Travel and Expense Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of travel and expense processing for our company. Your main role will involve reviewing and processing employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and reconciling expenses in a timely manner.
You will also work closely with employees to provide guidance on travel booking and expense report submission. It will be your responsibility to monitor and analyze travel and expense trends, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in travel booking systems, expense management software, and advanced knowledge of travel and expense policies and regulations are also required.
- Review and process employee expense reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Reconcile expenses in a timely manner
- Provide guidance on travel booking and expense report submission
- Monitor and analyze travel and expense trends
