Job Description
A property manager is responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of various properties. They are tasked with handling all aspects related to the operation and profitability of the properties. This includes managing tenant relations, handling leasing agreements, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and ensuring the properties are in compliance with local regulations.
The property manager should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with tenants and property owners. They need to be organized and have excellent problem-solving abilities to successfully address any issues that may arise. Additionally, a good understanding of property management software and financial management is essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing tenant relations and handling leasing agreements.
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance.
