Responsibilities:
- Supervise team members and arrange shifts as necessary.
- Provide accurate information using the right tools.
- Handle clients’ complaints and ensure resolutions.
- Meet personal and team targets.
- Record issues for further investigation.
- Follow communication procedures and guidelines.
Key Skills:
- Proficient in English (reading and writing).
- 1+ years of team leadership experience.
- Good business communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with data analysis.
- Willing to work on rotational shifts.
