Job Specifications and Responsibilities:
- Report status of ongoing projects and solutions to encountered problems.
- Study project schedules and collaborate with supervisors on priorities.
- Plan and control material receipt and distribution, ensuring effective resource use.
- Monitor daily activities of project site supervisors and foremen.
- Participate in formulating and implementing company policies.
Qualifications:
- Engineering Graduate (preferably Mechanical)
- TESDA Certification in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation
- 3-5 years supervisory experience required
- Computer literate with strong leadership and communication skills
