We are currently seeking a highly motivated Offshore Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the highest level of care and satisfaction for our offshore patients.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient appointments and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Manage patient registration, including insurance verification and financial counseling.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of patient care.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and implement strategies for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
