Job Description
Skilled Wound Care
Skilled Wound Care, a leading national surgical physician group servicing nursing homes for wound care, is looking for a Quality Assurance Nurse to join our QA team and support our growing organization. The QA Nurse will be in charge of providing excellent service/client relations and resolving any issues for our providers and nursing facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure overall client satisfaction by providing ongoing customer service and communicating client quality concerns to the appropriate manager or personnel.
- Be knowledgeable about SWC’s policies, procedures, and systems.
- Assist clients with any outstanding clinical, technical, or logistical questions or issues that may arise. Provide resolutions to address their concerns. Follow up on issues to completion and provide technical operational assistance for facilities.
- Field incoming calls and make outbound calls to service clients.
- Assist with updating any quality-related documents as needed.
- Assist in other Quality Assurance tasks as required.
Requirements:
- US Nursing license required.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records or other clinical systems required.
- 2+ years of experience with Quality Assurance.
- Experience in wound care or in a long-term care environment highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- This will be a full-time work from home position.
- Must be willing to work the graveyard Shift – Will be working US hours.
- This is an Independent contractor role.
