Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SaaS Administrator to manage and optimize our portfolio of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications at CXC Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support all SaaS applications, ensuring optimal operation.
- Implement security measures and maintain compliance with regulations.
- Oversee integration of applications and provide user training.
- Collaborate with vendors for contract management.
- Maintain documentation for processes and configurations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of SaaS application management experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time, 36-month contract
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php70,00.00 per month
