Job Description
CXC Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Global Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring payroll processes adhere to global regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of international payroll compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor global payroll compliance with laws.
- Develop and implement accurate payroll policies.
- Collaborate with HR and finance on compliance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of global payroll compliance experience.
