Job Description
Join Global Grand Fortune Inc. as an Area Coordinator! In this full-time role, you will be responsible for:
- Training new hires
- Managing teams of staff
- Ensuring company standards are maintained
- Monitoring employee productivity
- Reporting to the Area Manager
- Overseeing operations and managing workflow
- Maintaining timekeeping and personnel records
- Evaluating performance and providing feedback
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month. Benefits include health insurance, flextime, additional leave, and opportunities for promotion.
Preferred qualifications: Experience in retail/FMCG, proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and the ability to commute to Bacolod City.
