Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Provide technical assistance to all company end users.
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, printers, and other IT devices.
- Knowledgeable in CCTV (IP/Analog) and PABX installation and configuration.
- Conduct daily inspections of network devices to ensure all devices are functioning properly.
- Familiar with computer, laptop, and printer maintenance, as well as network support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in BS Information Technology or BS in Computer Engineering.
- 3-5 years experience in Technical Support.
