Job Description
Act as software detectives, providing dynamic service to identify and solve issues within critical business systems.
Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will identify and solve issues related to Citrix Virtualization Technologies, ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Citrix Virtualization Technologies.
- Troubleshoot issues within multiple system components.
- Collaborate to resolve complex technical problems.
- Minimize system downtime through timely resolutions.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge management.
Additional Information:
1 year of experience required. Degree in computer science preferred. Position based in Manila office.
