Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all malls in assigned area.
- Develop structured business plans covering all mall operations.
- Ensure implementation of policies and procedures in line with company standards.
- Maintain long-term relationships with tenants to ensure continuity of business.
- Enhance customer service within the mall.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate in Engineering, Marketing, Business Management or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in mall operations or building management.
- Strong negotiation and tenant management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
