- Manage labor grievances, investigating incidents and claims.
- Coordinate with departments to promote employee relations.
- Present briefings to enhance understanding of labor relations.
- Assist management during crises and negotiate resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of labor relations activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or employee relations.
- Strong decision-making and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
