- At least one (1) year of Help Desk experience.
- Proficient in German.
- Technical setup experience is an advantage.
- Experience in customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, email, or remote.

- Effectively escalate incidents.
- Update documentation for calls and resolutions.
