Job Description
Job Description: The Accounts Receivable Accountant is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate collection of outstanding invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Send email reminders for overdue invoices and subscription updates.
- Follow up with clients via phone for outstanding balances.
- Post and reconcile customer payments.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients.
- Research discrepancies in customer accounts.
- Assist in monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Implement strategies to improve collection rates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60,00.00 – Php80,00.00 per month
