Job Description
Job Objectives: To achieve the highest customer service satisfaction through effective management of warehouse and logistics operations.
Major Functions:
Warehouse Operations:
- Implement inventory control measures to maintain accuracy.
- Maximize productivity and minimize costs.
- Ensure proper handling of products.
- Enforce safety protocols for a safe working environment.
Logistics Operations:
- Plan efficient daily routes and resource allocation.
- Ensure timely and complete delivery of customer orders.
- Communicate with teams to resolve order issues.
