Job Description
Company: Dimdi Centre, Inc. – Davao City
Basic Function: The Property Liaison and Leasing Officer will manage the company’s real property assets and handle client lease accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate leasing.
- Negotiate with prospective tenants.
- Generate leads and assist with referrals.
- Facilitate lease unit viewing.
- Maintain renter accounts.
Minimum Qualifications: College degree in Business Management or related fields, experience in coordination and negotiations preferred, proficient in English.
