Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Establish and refine internal standards for quality assurance.
- Review support agents’ interactions across various channels.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance during meetings.
- Analyze customer service metrics and devise strategies to enhance KPIs.
- Identify training needs and lead relevant initiatives.
- Generate comprehensive reports and communicate performance findings.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a customer service QA role.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in quality assurance procedures.
- Effective organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills for enhancing support quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php40,00.00 per month
