Job Description
Mountain Haven Development Inc. is seeking a dedicated HR Culture Officer to join our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions.
- Collaborating with managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Attracting suitable candidates via databases, online forums, and social media.
- Conducting interviews and sorting applicants for open positions.
- Assessing candidates’ knowledge and skills.
- Completing paperwork for new hires and managing internship programs.
- Staying updated on employment legislation and regulations.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,500.00 – Php14,00.00 per month
