Position: Back Office (Non-Voice / Voice) – Start ASAP – No Experience Required
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact when possible.
- Match customer demands with clients’ products and services.
- Utilize influencing abilities to gain customer buy-in.
- Share information with internal and external clients.
