Job Summary: The Customer Relations Staff will maintain high Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention by managing Voice of Customers (VOCs) to enhance Dealer Operations for growth and sustainability.
Key Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience is advantageous
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and multi-tasking skills
