Sumifru (Philippines) Corporation is seeking a Human Resource Associate to assist with Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Information System. The role involves the accurate encoding of human resource-related transactions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Encode Daily Time Record (DTR) for Davao payroll.
- Assist with employee records encoding and filing.
- Monitor clearances from separated employees.
- Perform related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
- 6 months to 1 year experience in payroll.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
