Job Description
Y Hotels and Resorts Group Inc., a leader in the lodging and dining industry, is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to enhance operational procedures and drive profitability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee food and beverage operations while adhering to budget constraints.
- Lead and develop a talented F&B team through recruitment and training.
- Ensure excellent guest experiences through quality service.
- Manage orders, staffing, and financial planning.
- Design menus and purchase goods to meet customer needs.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php23,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Benefits: Employee discount, 13th month salary.
