Job Description
The Academic Operations Associate contributes to the regular operations required to complete the Office of the Dean’s tasks in online and digital platforms. This position assists the Learning Technology Manager to seamlessly deliver learning technology activities within AIM and helps facilitate innovation to improve the team’s services and overall work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Any bachelor’s degree – Education, Communications, or related Sciences preferred.
- Minimum Experience: At least 2 years in administrative roles involving computer systems, digital records, and online platforms in the education or similar industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Learning Technology Manager
- Participate in planning, development, and execution of tasks for the Office of the Dean
- Provide technical support to learning technology users in AIM
