Job Description
Duties:
- Review referral slips for pre-employment medical examinees.
- Verify follow-up examinees’ identities.
- Coordinate with HR for applicant exam and interview schedules.
- Assist clients/visitors with meeting confirmations.
- Check delivery/collection schedules with suppliers/collectors.
- Maintain records of rush examinees.
- Update DOH master logbook daily.
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Sort and deliver letters and parcels.
- Request supplies for the reception area.
Qualifications:
- At least a college graduate.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Available to start ASAP.
