Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain customer databases and assist in marketing campaigns.
- Conduct research on industry trends and generate marketing reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented and a self-starter.
