Job Description
Job Summary: The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of incoming reservations and buyer requests for pre-selling and ready-for-occupancy condo projects, and liaise with banks for optimal home loan options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve incoming reservations and buyer requests.
- Handle client concerns to ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Coordinate with banks to offer multiple home loan options.
Qualifications: Graduate of any business-related course; preferred experience in bank home loans; real estate background is an advantage; excellent communication skills.
