Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our IT Service Desk team at Level 1 and Level 1.5 support. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing quality technical support to our users and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist users with hardware and software inquiries.
- Document and escalate support tickets appropriately.
