Job Description
Are you a passionate and experienced barista looking to take the next step in your career? We are currently seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Head Barista.
As the Head Barista, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas in providing exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. You will need to have a deep understanding of different coffee brewing methods, be knowledgeable about various coffee beans, and possess excellent latte art skills.
In addition to your technical skills, you should have strong leadership qualities and the ability to train and mentor your team. Excellent communication and customer service skills are also essential, as you will be interacting with our valued customers on a daily basis.
