Job Description
Education
BS in Engineering Degree (preferably IE, ECE, EE) or Marketing Management Graduate.
Job Summary
The Customer Service Engineer will work under the supervision of the Customer Service Head to ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Skills & Experience
Experience in customer service functions is required, along with training in the assembly process.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedules Available: 10 or 12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, including overtime and weekends.
