Job Description
We are seeking candidates with a background in financial analysis to assist in covering the IPO and SPAC markets and maintaining our database, including De-SPAC transactions. A strong interest in capital markets and a background in finance are required.
Responsibilities:
- Review SEC filings
- Manage internal database
- Compile data into actionable reports
- Work collaboratively with team members
Qualifications:
- Experience with U.S. capital markets and SEC filings
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Financial background (1 year required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
Benefits: Work from home, Monday to Friday, Performance bonus.
