Job Description

Position Summary: The Quality Assurance Specialist will oversee quality assurance reviews within the Revenue Operations Department, collaborating with Training Specialists and Managers to enhance employee performance and workflow efficiencies.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the Revenue Operations team for consistency in processes.
- Monitor trends and communicate issues across departments.
- Review and report on new process effectiveness.
- Resolve complex billing and reimbursement issues.
- Maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications: Revenue Operations experience preferred, strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and understanding of HIPAA policies.
