Job Description
Phil-Data Business Systems, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Provide technical support for Windows desktop operating systems and servers.
- Manage network client connectivity on the Windows platform.
- Perform installation and re-installation of licensed software and standard software.
- Conduct virus scanning and removal.
- Assist with hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field, with at least 1 year of IT support experience. Must be willing to work overtime and shifts at Davao International Airport.
Contract Type: Fixed term (12 months, renewable)
