Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and innovative Learning Experience Leader to join our team in Pampanga. As a Learning Experience Leader, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective learning programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing engaging content for e-learning courses and materials.
- Implementing various learning strategies, such as blended learning, microlearning, and gamification.
- Conducting training needs assessments to identify gaps and develop targeted learning programs.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
- Tracking and analyzing training effectiveness using learning analytics.
To excel in this role, you should have a solid background in instructional design, e-learning development, and project management. Strong communication and leadership skills are also essential to effectively engage with learners and stakeholders.
